“My very first experience was a little frustrating, having to ring to make an appointment only on the day. When its something non urgent, it means having to take half a morning or sometimes a whole day off work, however this was 2 years ago and since it is much better, nicer, appointments are pretty much on time, it is also a little easier to get appointments. Both doctors and nurses are lovely and helpful. They helped with an emergency prescription over the phone and I was able to collect it locally without having to go to the surgery, they have helped where other surgeries I've been to haven't. While I can't speak for all patients, I found that the staff there really do their best to help you.”

“Teddington tailors have taken in both my and my sister's wedding dresses. They did a great job and would trust them with the most expensive dress! In taking the waist in on the skirt, they removed all the buttons and sewed them in again and you wouldn't be able to tell at all that it has been altered. They also have taken in my husband's suit (trousers and arms) and have done a brilliant job. ”
