“My cousin is cared for by this house,she has lived here for years,compared to cuts and clients needs changed over the years,staff have had to give more support to some clients,their dedication has always been a high level of care,if I feel I need to raise a small queries it is acted a pond straight away,I recommend this house,for the standard of care,the food and quality of care,clients are happy my Cousin always dressed nice,her needs are met,and she is very independant,choice is given even down to her jewelry which she loves and stall offer her choice,it's so reassuring to see her smiling face when I visit,because of staff all the clients all the clients look happy and contented,and nd I am always given a warm welcome even if I go at short notice very proud of the support from the staff ”

“I recently had to downsize my piano from a baby grand to an upright and the Piano Shop came highly recommended to me. It did mean a 120 mile round trip for me, but it was certainly worth the effort of this long drive. Amongst the large stock, the showroom offered a sizeable selection of uprights and I finally chose a 1970s Knight in excellent condition and with a great sound. Nigel and the staff in the showroom were most helpful in demonstrating several pianos and in helping me reach my decision. I paid a very competitive price and the piano was delivered and set up for me very quickly and efficiently within a few days.
