The team at OnPoint have managed to create a gym where I feel totally comfortable and free to try new things, push myself and just generally have fun with exercise - something which I had never been able to find with the likes of Fitness First, Nuffield and so on. Training with Michelle is probably the best part of my weekday(s). I’ve learnt so much from her, have found every session interesting (and hard ????) and think she is an absolute dream! Likewise, kicking off my weekend with the Saturday warrior class sets me up for a great weekend, as it just feels really good to wake up and work out with such a friendly group of people. I knew I would gain results in terms of weight loss/toning up but I was not prepared for how much of an impact training at OnPoint would have in my day to day life in terms of my confidence. A 10/10 gym - I’d recommend it to anyone!”

“Took a beginners dressmaking course over two Saturdays and I learned so much. I had just gotten a sewing machine at home and didn't know where to start with sewing something. The class thought me how to work with the machine, how to pattern draw and cut and then how to put it all together in a practical tote bag and a beautiful versatile dress. Marion had a very patient and customized teaching style, giving tips and tricks for every step of the process. Now I certainly feel more confident about playing with my sewing machine and getting pretty and practical results out of it. Thank you Luchi & Ota!”

“**UPDATE** After my original review of one star, the dealership have sincerely apologised and rectified any previous complaints. It's fair to say that if brought to their attention, they are quick to resolve any issues and are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is fully satisfied. Although I can't disregard my initial impression, I can say that in the end I was impressed with how my issues were resolved, communication and hand over. I could now be tempted to return. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Will not be a returning customer. My family have been a customer of this dealership for years and my current experience is the nail in the coffin, so to speak. We ordered a car in June, paid a deposit with the expectation of delivery early September. We're now in the middle of October and I've called the dealership for updates on my order and I've been passed around to various members of staff who have no idea on the status of my order. Multiple promises for a call back, still nothing. Eventually spoke to a manager who couldn't careless that they hadn't made any contact with us and was promised a call with an update by the weekend. Still waiting. I'm now not wasting my time phoning them and instead will be cancelling my order and going elsewhere. What a joke. 4 months for 1 update which I've had to chase. I see the dealership still haven't improved its customer service following my last complaint a few years ago. As that was resolved to our satisfaction I decided to give them another try years later, but no improvement. Avoid like the plague. Awful service.”
