“I went to the store to purchase paint for 3 rooms (5 cans of paint) and baseboards not having much knowledge about matching paint although I remembered to take a dime-sized peace to match. Brittany, who appeared to be a young lady (mid-20s), assisted me. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the types of paint...i.e. flat, semi-gloss, etc. She helped me match my paint perfectly. While I waited for my paint to be mixed, I watched her assist other customers. Brittany's ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking demonstrated her exemplary customer service skills. Sorry Home Depot but Brittany turned my heart and $$ to Lowe's.”

“The appliances here are "scratch & dent" so as long as you know that before you go in, you should be pleased with what you find. I was able to purchase a refrigerator at half the price of what I would have paid at Home Depot or Best Buy, and that included delivery and a three year warranty. The ladies that helped me were pleasant, friendly and gave honest advice. I looked here first, then went to five other stores trying to find the best deal for what I needed, only to end up back where I started.
