A friend introduced me to Erik and his business 6 weeks ago and I could not be happier attending these classes! I had a frozen shoulder due to a difficult surgery that I have been painfully trying to improve through exercise and therapy on my own. The past 6 weeks working out with Erik's guidance has done more for my mobility and strength than two and a half years of physical therapy did!
