(June 30, 2020, 9:51 pm)I have been practicing at the academy for over a year, but had to take some time off due to the virus (I will be nice). I went in after about two months off and it felt like I didn't miss a beat. You will be worked, bit if you stick with it you will pick up a good skill and get some exercise in to boot. Highly recommended.

The new head instructor, Osvaldo Queixinho is super nice and is multiple time World Champion. They have several classes a day from beginners to advance. I highly recommend this place for all levels!!
