  Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly, and professionally. Receptionist was attentive to my needs,, and scheduling. My visit was on time and Dr Bennett, and he provided results of tests, as well as a treatment plan for my condition. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service!

  I am being treated for Polymyalgia rheumatica. I most appreciate AARA's portal where I can read the doctor's notes regarding each appointment. That allows me to remind myself of points made during appointment that I may have failed to remember. I find their notes more expansive than some of the other health facilities I must work with. They respond to e-mails. Other facilities do not provide e-mail at all or do not read and respond. I am 78 years old and find I do not have the mental focus and memory of the past. I appreciate things in writing so I can reread.

  The office personnel are friendly and efficient. It’s great to have everything available in the office, X-ray, lab, and infusion room. Love Dr. B!!!

  Wonderful office staff.
  They handle everything you need or ask immediately.
  For me, they usually have everything handled before I even ask.
  
  I don’t wait for more than 5 minutes.
  My office visits are a pleasant experience every time.
  
  AARA is a very well run medical office. I highly recommend them.
  
  Dr. Bennett is very attentive, asks questions and works with you on a treatment plan. He is attentive, listens and translates what I am saying into a plan that works with my lifestyle. No unnecessary tests are ever asked of me.
  
  Overall, I am able to deal with and live with RA a little easier because I feel I am being listened to.
