“While the office is usually running behind (as far as appointments) this is because they take as much time as you need to completely explain things and make sure you are comfortable with your care. As long as you leave a bit of extra time on the back end of your appointment time, you will not be disappointed with this office. “I don't disagree with some of the comments about certain office staff, however people need to understand that isn't Dr. Epstein or Esteban's fault. Dr. Epstein will treat you right, you need to be straight with him and give him all the info though, like any other doctor. I went in and told him everything going on and he ran all kinds of tests and figured out what 5 other endos couldn't be bothered to even care about. As a result, I am feeling much better. I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for over 3 years now, as does another family member. In the beginning his demeanor can come off as a little distant. I honestly just think he's a little more reserved, maybe even shy. That does not make him a bad doctor. Now when I see him we chat and laugh like old friends. He's a great guy and a great doctor. I have recommended him to many and will continue to do so.”
