Shake Shack

I stopped here for lunch before my flight because a friend told me how good the Shake Shack was. When I arrived to place my order William greeted me immediately with a smile. He asked for a name on my order and continued to use my name throughout the order. After my order when he had no customers in line, he would ask people eating their meals if their food was good. Watching him interact with people made me realize how much of a lost art customer service is. I’m grateful for people like William who make you feel like you matter in the world and more important, put a smile on your face! I will always eat at this Shake Shack just so I can see William.

While I have had food from the main menu, I had never tried the breakfast until recently. I have to say, the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is probably the best breakfast in fast food. It had a premium feel and taste, with a fresh, warm and delicious bun that topped off an amazing combination of juicy bacon and perfectly cooked eggs.

Next time I'm hungry in the airport, I will be eating this!

Second time I've had this place. It was 9 a.m. in the airport and I had a tough decision to make. Did I want breakfast or did I want lunch. It ended up being a pretty easy decision. Had the smoke shack burger and it was very good. I don't like this place as much as In and Out Burger, but it's still extremely good especially when you don't have any locally (Cincinnati)
