He kept us informed every step of the way, from our delivery date, when our unit was in production, on the way to the dealership, etc. His high service level continued through the delivery process (so thorough!), and even after we’d driven off and taken it on our first trip! We really had such a pleasant experience and love that we have Mercedes & Airstream service in one hand! Both my husband and I cannot recommend Gregory, Kate & the entire team there enough!”
