Top level service from Lou, Michelle and the finance team throughout the process. They were extremely efficient, assisted me with my trade in at a fair price from the get-go, and had me in my vehicle and out the door quicker than has ever been my experience previously; and I purchase vehicles approximately every two years, so my experience in purchasing vehicles is a bit unique.

We had been bringing our former RV, a ‘17 Winnebago Navion G to Mercedes of North Scottsdale for the Mercedes service, and were so impressed by Service Advisor Kate, that when we decided to purchase a new RV, she recommended we meet Gregory there at the dealership to purchase our new ‘22 Airstream Atlas. He kept us informed every step of the way, from our delivery date, when our unit was in production, on the way to the dealership, etc. His high service level continued through the delivery process (so thorough!), and even after we’d driven off and taken it on our first trip! We really had such a pleasant experience and love that we have Mercedes & Airstream service in one hand! Both my husband and I cannot recommend Gregory, Kate & the entire team there enough!

Michael Wood has the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. Michael is more than a good sales person, he has been adopted to wonderful friend status. I named my newest Mercedes gWagon G550, Mrs G; my bodyguard is Panda G!

It was the most seamless car buying experience I've ever had. I was probably in and out in a little over an hour and that's with a test drive. Lou was direct, honest and transparent. No Steve Richards or Andy Elliot type of experience. I wish they all could be like Lou.
