“I decided to install an RO system. Seemed easy enough. I started on Friday night and quickly realized that due to my pipes, I was going to need assistance. On Saturday I contacted Smiley plumbing and was told someone would be there in one hour. Walt was there in about 40 minutes. He was kind and professional. He let me know the cost up front and took care of our system. While present, a concern about our disposal was made. We just moved into a new build and the previous tech left a plastic cover in the disposal. Walt was able to use a special tool and remove this. He was kind and did not charge for this. He helped to make sure our system worked prior to leaving. I appreciate Walt's assistance in this manner. Although this was not an emergency, he was quick to arrive and help take care of this work on a Saturday when he had other things to do. I recommend Walt and Smiley Plumbing.”
