El Cortez

I have been trying to call with no luck, even left a message and the website is not working. Really interested in touring but these apts are far from my house and want to make sure I can tour if I come. Thanks!

Stopped by for a tour of the studio apartments and they were beautiful! Small but perfect for me and my kitty and everything seemed very clean. The office staff was super friendly and easy to talk to, answered all my questions etc. Cant wait to possibly move here in a few months :)

I would like to take a moment to thank El Cortez. I toured and the Manager Julian was extremely helpful. Very professional, efficient, dedicated. Talked to me about every amenity every floor plan available. Great customer service!

I was at El Cortez for over a year and just moved out recently in November 2020. My husband and I had a great experience there. We never really had issues with the staff but the staff that was there closer to the end of our lease (Julian & Julissa, I think) were great! So helpful and responsive. The maintenance man was friendly and always greeted us. The entire time we were there we only had to call maintenance twice for very minor things and they came either the same day or the next. It was quiet and the location was good. We also liked that the utilities were included. We also had no issues with any bugs or insects. Once we moved out we received our security deposit the very same week! I was very impressed as we have had experience with never hearing back regarding our security deposit from a previous complex. I think the only issue we had was that we were not aware that there was an $80 cleaning fee that comes from the security deposit. You can either pay that or show you paid an invoice for a professional company but you cleaning it yourself does not count. I don't know if that was new or if the previous staff just did not mention it to us when we moved in. Other than that, great experience!
