The people at 1800-Pack-Rat were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Rose helped me set up the service, she found me the best deal possible and was able to answer all my questions. Once I reserved the service, Marda took over as my move coordinator. She communicated with every step of the way. I was given a 10 day window for delivery on my cross country move. To my delight, my container was delivered a full week early! There was a small hiccup with the billiing. However, Marda corrected the issue promptly going above and beyond my expectations. I am a discerning customer and found 1-800-Pack-Rat to be a great value, professional and to deliver on their promises. I highly recommend!
