Once I reserved the service, Marda took over as my move coordinator. She communicated with every step of the way. I was given a 10 day window for delivery on my cross country move. To my delight, my container was delivered a full week early! There was a small hiccup with the billiing. However, Marda corrected the issue promptly going above and beyond my expectations. I am a discerning customer and found 1-800-Pack-Rat to be a great value, professional and to deliver on their promises. I highly recommend!”

“We moved unexpectedly so I could accept a new job and getting the house in order quickly was important to settle everyone in a little easier. So we hired AZCSG to handle several projects on our new house, on a recommendation from a friend who had used them for a project in the past. They remodeled our master bath. Removing a boring shower and tub and creating a beautiful shower that we love. We asked them to create a usable backyard space with built in grill, patio, fire pit, rocks, and fake grass. The builder leaves a dirt plot, AZCSG turned it into a spectacular outdoor living space. They also painted the entire interior, installed a backsplash, installed a water softener, and put in some ceiling fans. Doing all of this work up front was expensive, but it meant that we moved into a home that was already comfortable rather than a new home full of future projects. We really appreciate all of the work they did, we love our home. PS - I am writing this review 3 years after the work was completed and it has stood the test of time. I looked them up tonight hoping to hire them for another project and I figured it was about time that I remember to leave this review.”
