“Cactus Forty-2 is a very nice apartment complex and it’s very close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I love the location and the units and pool area are very nice. Cactus Forty-2 also has 2 elevators for those of you who don’t like to climb stairs to your upper apartment. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful too. I was shown the property by leasing consultant Raymond Lopez and he answered all my questions and concerns and he was extremely helpful when I signed up for my apartment. He explained everything very clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. He also helped me pick out a nice unit with a good location. I highly recommend Cactus Forty-2.”

“Absolutely LOVE Mission Rock!! By far the BEST property management company I have worked for and I have worked for a few companies but Mission Rock is beyond phenomenal. Everyone from Corporate, to our President, our trainers, EVERYBODY is amazing. They all go above & beyond for their employees and properties especially during these difficult times we have been going through with COVID. They provide us with the tools and necessary equipment needed for our staff + residents that are needed so our stations/areas and amenities are clean and sanitized. Mission Rock really strives for their employees to love their job and know that they are not alone, giving us the comfort of providing extra training, resources, any help needed. I will continuously say that I LOVE Mission Rock because I wake up looking forward to my day and being at work, especially with my co-workers. I am proud to call Greenspoint my work home and very proud to work alongside incredible colleagues. They all go the extra mile for our residents and each other, always so helpful and always so happy to be at work!! I definitely will not forget to mention how incredible my property manager Susie is! She ensures all of our residents are happy, accommodated and well taken care of. This property functions so great because of her! The attention to detail, how she cares and interacts with our residents and the time she takes to LISTEN to a resident if there is ever any issue or concern is fantastic. She really desires for her residents to enjoy Greenspoint during their stay with us weather it is a few months/years, Susie really takes care of everyone. I really enjoy and love working alongside her each and everyday, her humor, work ethic and how she cares for everyone is amazing and I feel very lucky to be able to work alongside her. “Initially, I had some apprehensions about living here prior to signing my lease due to some of the negative reviews I had read online, however the value was too good to pass up. After living here for a few months, I am happy to report that the management has listened to the feedback and has taken concrete action to address these issues. Thus far, I have not had any significant problems with my utilities and small matters, such as a leaky bathtub faucet, have been promptly fixed. The office staff are all incredibly kind, honest, and hardworking people; though they knew how to sell the complex, they never once pressured me into signing a lease. Their transparency regarding rent and detailed explanations of the leasing process definitely helped swayed my decision towards choosing Sierra Grande. When they say electricity is included in rent, they really mean electricity is included in rent! They take pride in their work and it shows in the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities; though the complex is older, it is well-maintained. Additionally the community here is comprised of friendly and considerate members. Yes, the walls are a little thin; while I don't typically hear my next door neighbors, I can occasionally hear conversations or music from those enjoying the pool. However, this noise is generally limited to the day time and is at a tolerable level. Fair warning that the apartments are best suited for individuals or couples simply based on the size. However, if you fit that criteria, Sierra Grande is truly a hidden gem of a complex and I am still amazed at the quality of the amenities and customer service for the reasonable price of rent. Simply ask for a tour, and you will see what I mean. P.S. Don't be scared by the slightly outdated Southewest decor in the sample apartment! The furniture is super comfy and the appearance can be easily fixed by some couch/chair covers from amazon :)”
