“It seems to be a very pleasant business to visit and browse.. Mike, our salesperson was a helpful, no pressure kind of guy. We visited twice before making our purchase for a new Grandee hot tub. Worked out a fair deal for both sides and paid 50% down as it needed to be ordered. Delivery time 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Desert Springs hot tubs the other day, and it now appears to be 5 weeks. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED AS TO WHEN IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES. I called Hot Springs Hot Tub July 3 and its due in on July 12. Now I have to call their installation people and find out when they might be available after that date. The Hot Tub came in early and was installed today by Ron, Johnny and Charles. These guys were professional, friendly, on time and through. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH DESERT HOT TUBS, MIKE THE SALES PERSON, AND THE INSTALLERS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST FROM BEGINNING TO END. A VERY EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.”

“This place has been on our list of places to try for a while but haven't had the time to go. We finally went for our sons first birthday and so glad we finally went. The food was AMAZING! I had the MOS burger with garlic Parmesan loaded fries, my husband had the Maui Wowi burger with BBQ loaded fries, and my son had the kids Mac n cheese. The burgers were juicy and tasted so good. We practically devoured them. The Parmesan fries were not too garlicky but had a good amount of cheese to them and the fries itself were perfectly crispy, in my opinion. My son ate a good chunk of the Mac n cheese barely throwing any on the ground. He's usually a finicky eater but not last night. We got an Oreo milkshake to celebrate our birthday boy with and that was also delicious. The service was also phenomenal. We were the only ones there and didn't realize that it was an hour before closing when we arrived, but the staff didn't make us feel rushed or anything. They allowed us to enjoy our food and family time. 10/10 would go again. Definitely our new favorite local spot”

Will over at service is top notch and isn’t like normal guys that work in service where they’ll talk down to you or act like you don’t know what’s best for your bike. We stumbled onto A to Z at the Sun City West farmers market about l1.5 yrls ago and love the ultra-pain rub. It is very effective and she uses it daily.
