(January 18, 2020, 5:56 pm)I have had nothing but good experiences at down and out. They have always done good work at a good price for me. I was referred to them by some friends that bought their bikes there, when I bought my first bike, a Suzuki Intruder 1400. Even though they work on mostly Harleys they did an initial inspection and a few adjustments. They made me feel welcome to the biking world. Now that I've have "joined the dark side" and bought my first Harley-Davidson, I will be bringing it to them for all my mechanical needs. You can trust them with your bike. Thanks for running an honest and non-pretentious shop Down-n-out!
