“It seems to be a very pleasant business to visit and browse.. Mike, our salesperson was a helpful, no pressure kind of guy. We visited twice before making our purchase for a new Grandee hot tub. Worked out a fair deal for both sides and paid 50% down as it needed to be ordered. Delivery time 3 weeks. I called and spoke with Desert Springs hot tubs the other day, and it now appears to be 5 weeks. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED AS TO WHEN IT ACTUALLY ARRIVES. I called Hot Springs Hot Tub July 3 and its due in on July 12. Now I have to call their installation people and find out when they might be available after that date. The Hot Tub came in early and was installed today by Ron, Johnny and Charles. These guys were professional, friendly, on time and through. We stumbled onto A to Z at the Sun City West farmers market about l1.5 yrls ago and love the ultra-pain rub. It is very effective and she uses it daily.
