Excellent, reliable customer service and a good price. If you buy a new car, don't let the dealer sock you with a $400 install. Half the time, they'll try to make you believe they tinted your factory privacy glass when all they did was the front doors--while billing you for the whole car. Chris is the guy who installs tint for the dealership, so why pay the dealer markup when you can just go to him directly and get the same quality? You won't be disappointed.”

The work he did was custom tailored to her weight, height and riding style. I normally work on my bike, but suspension can be a beast in itself unless you have extensive experience like Bob. His pricing was more than fair for what you are getting. If you think you want to get serious with your bike, I’d contact him and see what he can do for you, suspension is critical. “I took my pickup to a local dealer when it wouldn't move after putting it in gear. Not being a mechanic in any form I took it to the local dealer. The experts, right? Their mechanic said it would cost almost $9000 to repair because the transfer case and transmission needed to be replaced. Then they offered me A LOT of trade-in value for it. That seemed fishy so I didn't trust them after the offer and decided to get a second opinion on the repairs. I am glad I did! As I said, I'm not a mechanic in any way so Mike helped me and explained that the pickup did need a new transfer case, but that the transmission looked good. He saved me over $6000 from what I would have paid to the dealer. I guess now I know who the true expert is and where I'm always taking my pickup for services now. Thanks Mike!”

With the Highwinds that surprise has been experiencing, I had a problem with the master bedroom window on the second floor rattling to the extent it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I was so pleased when Billy came out and made a simple adjustment to the window, caused by the screen shade screen installer, at no charge! I couldn’t remember the last time someone came to my house to do a repair and didn’t at least charge me with a service charge $50 or more. Thank you universal glass.
