“Mel was great handling a recent nightmare stay at the Regency Inn, in Columbia SC...please don’t let them book you at this place online...it is a health hazard...honestly...and though the owner could care less, Mel stepped up and issued a credit for more than I actually paid... after they saw the photos... I hope they remove this property from their roster to keep this from happening again, because it will if they direct people there..!!!”

“The only caution I can give before entering or deciding to live here is that the speed bumps are taller than the average. My main recommendation is to drive slower over them because sometimes you'll hear a heavy drop or bump if you drive too fast. Other than that, it's not a bad area.”
