I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands. If anybody is moving and can not decide where to go, I would definitely check out this location; it is worth it!!! I will definitely use them in the future for all moving needs. We needed to empty the house that our brother and his girl friend had lived in. We had planned to travel to Arizona to coordinate the clean out. But, we decided to do this work remotely because of the pandemic. I reviewed about 20 different services and decided that More Than a Move was the company that best suited our needs. During the clean out process, Jenny sent us numerous photos as she went room by room. She also did FaceTime with us. She called us frequently to discuss the disposition of items. “We would definitely use these guys again. They moved our 26' tiny house from a rural Wisconsin site to a campground in Tennessee. Both the pick up site and drop-off site were tight spots with gravel roads.The driver was very professional and very careful with our home. There was a tire blow-out on our trailer (no fault of them - the tire was just old). The driver kept control and safely pulled off the road. Dispatch handle the tire replacement with no mark-up. The driver was back on the road and still arrived on time. They were very communicative and responsive during this time.”
