I could say there was maybe two things out of everything we have tried we didn't really like, one being a drink, which the bartender had no issue making us something else as she could see it wasn't something we liked. She ended up making us something else that was really good. I want to say that I hope this place doesn't get to popular so I don't have to worry about waiting, but from the looks of it, it's getting there. Looking forward to visiting again soon. “We spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown recently. This was our second stay at this hotel in the last few years. The previous visit was very good with one exception -- the quality and service of the breakfast service. Well, I'll tell you now that has been corrected -- and corrected very well! Kudos to the management for offering what is now a very good and tasty breakfast service in the hotel. However, what about the rest of our stay? Ah, yes, just ideal. First, the location of the hotel in The Professional Building provides a natural setting of class, traditional architecture, and a posh environment. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed on the 12th floor. Great views, by the way. Besides breakfast, we visited the bar the evening prior for snacks and drinks. Great service and flavors all around. Overall, this is one of the best Hilton Garden Inn hotels I've had the pleasure to visit. We'll definitely return as it's well worth the visit - and to enjoy the great downtown Phoenix scene!”

“My boyfriend bought me two beautifully painted tiles with hummingbirds on them our final day in Phoenix last weekend - at the airport as we were flying home!! They match a hand-painted tile we recently bought together in New Mexico and I love them so much. We had hoped to find something nice to bring home from this trip, but made it all the way to the airport headed home before we did! The store was awesome and the prices were surprisingly low for an airport store. Lots of beautiful items. The cashier carefully wrapped our little art pieces only minutes before we lined to board our plane home. It was the best last-minute gift ever.”
