(April 15, 2019, 8:48 pm)Today was my first time at Glory Gains and I chose to work with Caleb. I’m closing in on 58 and am intimidated by gyms. My past experience has been hairspray, makeup and fake in Los Angeles. I don’t know the first thing about working out to be truthful so I chose to have a personal 1:1 session. It was the right choice for my safety! I also need to comment on how welcome the staff and clients made me feel. I am out of shape, much older than most and recently became a non-smoker. This is not an easy time for me so choosing the right gym, trainer and vibe mandatory for my success. I am beyond grateful for the welcoming feeling more than anything. Besides the professionalism, the facility itself is spotless. If you’re on the fence about where to find your squad, look no further. You won’t be sorry.
