  Great workout, good combinations between cardio and muscle endurance. Also what I love about it, is that there is no class time and love the trainers too.

  Very professional instructors, welcoming atmosphere whatever your fitness level and superb facilities. The concept is great; a 30-minute workout that changes every day. I’ve been coming here and enjoying the experience way longer than any other fitness regime. Above all, it really works! I’m healthier and leaner than I have been in a long time. You’ll really like this workout and the friendly environment.

  One of the most intense and rewarding workouts! It definitely improves aerobic fitness, but also builds strength all in a focused precise amount of time. It's awesome to be able to show up whenever I'm ready and not have to worry about fitting a class start time into my schedule!
