“I love this gym concept! I was worried about the heat - as I do not like working out in extreme temperatures and hate hot yoga, but this is different! I leave feeling invigorated and even refreshed! I love the individual infrared saunas and the ability to do a variety of classes in a private booth. I feel extremely safe during covid times. They were amazing, great attitudes, dealt with the computer glitches gracefully and had back up plans, didn’t blame anyone, went above and beyond with customer service, and had hussle at the same time. “The Best Scottsdale Personal Trainer Ramsey took me on with a nearly impossible task. I had signed on to run my first marathon and then sat on the couch and ate tacos for the next 4 months.
