Avion on Legacy Gym

Love the Avion gym! They have free weights, nice equipment and what’s unique is they have a stair master. I use their gym in rotation with Lifetime and EoS. Can’t wait for gyms to open back up after the Covid closures.

A truly amazing gym fully equipped with cardio machines, weights, spin bikes, and much more! Everything is always super clean, no funky smells, and the entire center is kept comfortably cool.
It has a very private feel due to how the center has been designed and laid out. Everyone tends to plug into headphones and then proceed to focus on doing their own thing. When interaction does occur, I've never been met with anything but kindness and even encouragement/tips! As someone who looks like the opposite of your typical "gym rat," you can trust me when I say that this is definitely a safe, judgement-free space.
The machines are very user-friendly and most have their own built-in television and fans. Of course they can also be as complex and customizable as you would like for them to be.
No matter your skill level or current level of physical fitness, there's definitely something for everyone in this non-intimidating, laid-back atmosphere. 💪🏼😎👟
