(December 24, 2019, 9:51 am)There is no other workout that will burn as much calories without feeling sore for a week. It is a workout that fits into my day and does not impact the rest of my life. I have never been stronger or more fit, and I was a college athlete/swimmer. Thanks to the amazing staff and coaches who make my day every 5AM.

(December 17, 2019, 10:52 pm)I love everything about the workouts! The instructors are all positive and knowledgeable and maintain an upbeat, safe atmosphere in order to get the best results. The music creates an awesome vibe as well. The overall theory that drives the workouts (percentage of heart rate) is easy to understand and the tracking of data is user friendly and comprehensive. The workouts themselves are awesome too; I love that they’re different everyday and provide constant variety. FINALLY, the people at OTF NORTH Scottsdale (coaches and sales associates) are the best; friendly, supportive and overall a pleasure to know. I love it!
