Absolutely amazing customer service!! We are in our late 50's and we were set up with a pair of bikes that suited out lifestyle ! We were educated and sold bikes that are suited to our lifestyle. Priced right!!

Great experience! Easy to book a tour and when we arrived to check-in the staff was knowledgeable, helpful. and very friendly. We had a great time!

My wife and I just moved to Arizona from Colorado and decided to purchase electric bikes and I can say it's one of the best things we have ever done. The entire staff has been nothing short of amazing! We walked in to their store knowing little to nothing about electric bikes and we're amazed by the knowledge of Wes. He listens to what our needs were and what we wanted out of our bikes and made sure he could accommodate us. My wife and rode to their shop on a Sunday only to find out that the shop was closed but the owners happened to be driving by and saw us and they stopped to see if we needed anything. We were looking for mirror's and the owners not only opened their store but the installed the mirror's for us on their day off. Thank you to this amazing group of folks you truly understand how a small business should treat customers and you will have one for life. P.S. it's been a month and I just hit 500 miles.
