I reached out to see if they would be the right people to perform a PPI, seeing as I would be flying from out of state to purchase the car. From the moment I spoke with Cindy I knew this was the right BMW shop. They were friendly and professional, and quoted me a very reasonable rate for the inspection. They performed a very thorough PPI and presented the car very objectively to me, the results of which painted a more honest picture of the car and provided me significant leverage to negotiate. After coming to a deal on the car, they were the first people I called to have some of the service items addressed. They were quick to provide quotes and schedule the maintenance for the day I’d be in town to buy the car. Fast forward to today, and I finally meet the team in person. They performed the services in great time and prepped the car for my 1100 mile road trip back home. I just completed the first 200 miles and the car is running like a dream!
