“This is one of the best interpretive nature trails in the Phoenix/Scottsdale AZ. This one is very clean and well-paved with a concrete 0.5 mile loop. The loop is also accessible and it looks very aesthetically pleasing too. You can take your time browsing through each of the signs to learn new things, and there are pictures as well for the visual learners. Additionally, at each of the signs- they list out exercises and stretches that you can do while reading the sign. Learning and exercising: win-win!”

“I have tried every class out there....hot yoga, barre, spinning, aerobics, you name it. Pilates has changed the way I look at working out and staying healthy. This is the first time in a long time I get excited to go work out, and I get upset when I have to miss a class. I love how there is so much one on one attention, and classes are never more than 6 people. All of the instructors help you get to the level you need to be at, and you never feel overwhelmed or like you are not working out hard enough...they get you to where you need to be. My flexibility has increased tremendously, and I love the way Pilates builds long, lean muscles. I have not felt that strength and body tone in any workouts I have done in the past.”
