  Working with Rachel has been terrific. In the few short months that I’ve been working with her, my body has transformed. I am stronger than ever and my overall energy has increased. She makes the workouts fun with her humor and sense of fun. She is never judgemental or demanding and meets you where you are, and raises the bar without you even realizing it. I am so happy I found her and I know I’m healthier and happier for it.

  Rachel is an incredible trainer because she actually listens to the needs of her clients and doesn't use a one size fits all approach. I came to Rachel in July of 2021 because I was experiencing knee pain, since then I have been going once a week for strength training, and just that one day a week workout has made an incredible difference in not only my knee pain (which only flares up once in a while now) but also in just my overall strength level and how many body feels. If I skip a week or two I feel it! Rachel actually listens to what her clients need and genuinely cares.

  My experience with Rachel being my personal trainer has been AMAZING!! Rachel is professional and very laid back. Now don’t get me wrong, she will put you to WORK!!🙂 Rachel is vey informative and knowledgeable. She is very passionate about her clients development. She’s attentive and make you feel like a person and not just “another client”. She make sure you have the correct form which helps to prevent injury, pain or strain. She’s also very encouraging. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here. I’m sure you have the picture and can’t wait to sign up and be the next Coyote Strength and Fitness client!!!

  I've been using Coyote Strength and Fitness for months now. I started when I was rehabbing a bicep injury from last year, and I have now surpassed my bench press max from before the injury. Rachel is an exceptional trainer, and she listens to her clients regarding their fitness goals, fitness level, and injuries. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone who wants to get stronger, is in an injury rehab, or just wants to improve their physical fitness.
