“I had a very unfortunate accident happen to my bridesmaids dress the week of the wedding. There was an awful stain on the front of my dress from candle oil. Every dry cleaner I called listened to about two seconds of my story and told me that there wasn’t much hope but I could bring it in. The last place I called was Frenchy’s and when I spoke to the owner, Judy, she asked me many questions and set realistic expectations. She told me that it was unlikely to be perfect but that she would personally work on the dress. Judy even texted me updates while she working on it. I picked up the dress 48 hours later and I was BLOWN AWAY. The dress was PERFECT! The stain was completely gone. Frenchy’s truly surpassed all expectations that I had for the results of the dress. The customer service and urgency was so wonderful and appreciated! I can not thank Frenchy’s enough!”

I got ten loads of laundry done in under two hours for less than $15. The only down side was the ac did not work. Note to management: your staff is amazing they're extremely helpful, clean, and kind. I saw many customer and staff interactions and I have nothing negative to say about any of them. They really helped create a friendly environment.”
