It's been a very touchy subject but we knew that it was inevitable as the t.v. gradually gets louder and conversations on the cell phone began to feel like pulling teeth. From the second we entered the doors our experience was more that what I could have expected. The staff were very professional and great at making my dad feel comfortable easing his tensions with this process. They sat him down and had a nice conversation with him and before we knew it the consultation was over. They had asked questions to get an understanding for his lifestyle helping them decide which direction for a hearing aid would be best, for him. I felt the need to write this because I've seen how some of my family, as they get older, tend to get taken advantage of and that's tough for me to see.
