He listens, goes through mylab results and medications every time I see him asks if I have any questions, if I do he patiently answers them. From the moment I call to make my appointment to the moment I walk out of there they make me feel as if I was the only patient to them. Lorie at the front office is wonderful, very efficient, polite & goes out of way to help me. I've witnessed the same with the patients who happen to be there at the same time as I. she explains what patients need to know & any paper work needed to cut cost on my medications & signed by Dr. Shakir usually gets done the same day. Also his Medical assistants treat us patients respectfully, with patience & make us feel comfortable....and yes I would definitely recommend Dr. Shakir's & his personnel .”

“I have been a patient and Dr. Pimental’s And Michele Yoo’s for over three years! From day one I felt welcomed and very comfortable with both Doctors and how helpful and friendly their front and back office staff treated me. They are extremely attentive about setting your appointments and getting you any referrals you need and very quick on refills. Never have I had a problem getting a quick unscheduled appointment, they could always find or make room to squeeze me in. When a medication was to expensive they gave me free samples to hold me over but most of all I was impressed with their knowledge, always amazes me when I go in to see them for a problem I have had for years and they just seem to pull it out of thin air and figure out what so many other doctors have not been able to. So I now with confidence take my mother in law and my father in law to see these two wonderful Doctors and they both have been thrilled with their experience’s as well. “I was very happy with the process of my gallbladder. Dr. Stevenson was very nice the people in the office was nice too. Until I need them to send my paper work to HR. I called to find out if they fax my paperwork and she had me on hold for 26 minutes. She never pick up to ask me if HR received the paperwork. It's been two week after my procedure and paperwork still wasnt process they lost it and they're very busy.”

“The new surgery center is exceptional. My prep nurse was also exceptional...Kathy. My IV nurse found just the right spot in one stick. My anesthesiologist was very high quality...Dr. Opahra. Even though I only got to hear my surgeon's voice as he was leaving, I believe he removed the cataract very quickly and efficiently. This occurred this afternoon and my eye is already more comfortable.”

“The first time I went to Dr. Walker I couldn't even bite into an apple, my jaw was so misaligned. I was also experiencing horrible headaches and my jaw would pop and click. Dr. Walker decided to put me in braces. I was not looking forward to it, but Dr. Walker and his team put me at ease. “I've seen Dr Rosemary Geary for 14 years! Ive had numerous malignant melanomas throughout my life. She is amazing! She remembers her patients which is a rare thing these days. Shes genuine and caring. She makes you feel like you're her only patient.???? I've never felt like just another "number". Her staff is friendly and professional.
