“I would like to comment on Melissa the nurse Practioner , she literally Took her time to explain to me all my results in detail, was patient with all my questions. Even after taking my first dose of my Med, I had emailed the portal and within an hour, she called me direct. LOVE HER. As for the Front end office, I find them to be wonderful as well, they are easy to get a hold of they will even answer my questions as much as possible and are always very courteous and extremely nice. Now, in doing a stress test and having to wear a mask is not my favorite and I could not finish the test. So, that is my ONLY COMPLAINT, let the person doing the stress test remove their mask to breathe. THANK YOU”

“These guys are fantastic. I went to a few places around town and the service was poor to say the least. I went to these places to find a specific shoulder brace for my size. They didn’t even want to talk to me. All they said was we don’t know what that is. I called LEADER MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Before going in because of the disappointment in other places I figured let me save myself some energy and time. I think the gentleman’s name is Israel. This guy knows his stuff. He asked that I come in because they had a large selection and he needed to measure my correct fit. We talked when I got there he asked questions in order to help with my condition. It’s been 4-5weeks now and I feel much better. I strongly recommend this place and the prices at Leader Medical Supplies are much better. They have strong customer service skills. “I am so impressed with the office staff and especially Dr.Bazilus.. I have a disable son at age 46 who is pretty much nonverbal and is a gagger... Our family dentist recommended Dr. Bazilus who does give slight sedation.... Because there are no total sedation for adults in Arizona as I have been told.... Dr.Bazilus has a kind matter and made my son feel at ease.... After the procedure, Dr. Bazilus was honest and kind by telling me he was unable to complete the procedure Because the sedation was not enough for my son, therefore he waved the expense of the sedation...... That was so honest and touching to me, I almost cried..... I highly recommend this office... They're very clean, personal helpful and of course honest.”
