“I came here for the first time with my 2 kids because they had ear aches and the pedestrian wasn't available. I was immediately put into a room by the amazing ladies at the front and within 5 minutes they came and took vitals and asked the usual questions. Within 2 minutes of the nurse leaving the doctor came into see us! Dr. John was so sweet and amazing and genuinely cared. He even let my little girl listen to her heart beat. She was so happy and comfortable with him. We were in and out with 15 minutes. Ive come back 4 times since and every experience has been exceptional!!”

“I was fortunate to stay in the AC Hotel by Marriott Scottsdale North hotel the week after it originally opened (January 22 - 29, 2021). It hailed during my stay -- frosted foam ice on my Lexus -- which made me laugh. The hotel lobby: 5-star quality. The rooms: clean, spacious, great beds and linens. Cute hotel bar, attempting Euro influence menu. Walking distance from Scottsdale Quarter. Great for single women business travelers and pups -- green grass in abundance and clean walkable sidewalks. This place was kinda like heaven. Check out the photos -- rainbows, flocks of birds, in ARIZONA. The only downside was hotel service (half staff supposedly due to Covid) and parking -- it was literally cheaper to park on the street in Scottsdale Quarter.”

“I saw a specialist at another office for a surgical consult on a Tuesday morning. I had to get approval from my primary care, Hatfield Medical, along with an EKG, blood work and a chest x-ray before surgery could be scheduled. I stopped into Hatfield on my way home and asked the front desk when the earliest appointment time would be to see Dr. Hatfield. She was very friendly and made the appointment for the following afternoon, which was Wednesday. Hatfield did the EKG and blood work in their office and sent me to Simon Med for the x-ray. By Thursday all results were in and Hatfield forwarded all the info to the surgical specialist, who contacted me on Friday afternoon to schedule my surgery. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much cooperation and coordination between medical offices run so smoothly. Very satisfied with the level of care provided by Hatfield!”

Previously for minor acute incidents I would go to another urgent care and had hone there for almost 8 years. I was amazed at the customer service from the start of the call, to helping me through online booking, the front desk, the nurse who assisted me , to the doctor. Everyone was very professional. I appreciated the doctor personally as he was very honest regarding my situation. He explain to me why it would be best to go back to my surgeon regarding the issue he believed to be a post Surgical one. I appreciate it him being kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Not that I want to go to an urgent care center in the future but if I do , Classen, Urgent care is now my new urgent care place.”

“I like this dental office because everyone (yes, the doctor included) treats me with respect. They spent time explaining my treatment plan and the doctor actually had me hold the mirror and showed me cavities in my mouth and pointed to the teeth he was working on. He took time greeting me, talked about the NBA Finals and sports overall, making me feel comfortable. He seems to enjoy what he does because he said he doesn’t like to rush his patients out of the office. I will bring my family in to have a check up in July. Good works from Perfect Dental Group deserve my time to write this five star review!!!”
