“I have been suffering from back pain and numbness to my tight if I walk for 10 minutes. I work in the office and sitting all day was very painful. I have had been going to different chiropractors’ treatment off and on for the last 3 years. I did get some relief, but not enough to be able to walk more than 1/2 hr. I love to walk, that is the only exercise I enjoy do it; because of my pain, I couldn't no longer walk, thus gained lots of weight.
