“I texted Trevor at 1st Airco when my 3 year old a/c unit stopped working. He texted back within a few minutes, and came out the next day to take a look. Of the half dozen places I contacted, including the original installer when the house was built, Trevor was by far the quickest and easiest to communicate with. He fixed our a/c, corrected some problems caused by the original install, and spent many hours with the manufacturer tracking down the source of our problems.
