I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. Sheila came in and helped design the most efficient kitchen layout and we were thrilled with the concepts she came up with. She listened to our needs as we are foodies who like to play in the kitchen. We weren't sure about flooring but she suggested a wood floor to compliment the cabinets and counter tops.
