“Eisenhour finished approximately 2,500 sq ft of engineered hardwood in our new custom home today. We worked directly with the owner Steve in selecting the product and his son Nate along with Ramon did the install. As everyone knows, building a home can be an incredibly stressful process. I can honestly say having the opportunity to work with Eisenhour on the floors was an absolute pleasure. Their attention to detail, prompt responses and impeccable craftsmanship has been incredibly refreshing. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. I apologize for the poor pictures but I didn't get an opportunity to get them before the builder covered everything up. I will update them as soon as the home is finish and they are exposed again. We received several bids on the job and Eisenhour was right in the middle of the pack. The bid was detailed and their weren't any surprises, up-charges or unexpected fees. Despite our builder having to delay the install at least once they were there as scheduled, showed up every day early and worked full days until the job was done. It might sound a bit odd but we were kind of sad to see they were all done today. It has been extremely enjoyable to see their daily progress and converse with them a bit. A heartfelt thank you Steve, Nate and Ramon! We just can't thank you enough for all your hard work and commitment to our floors.”

He was proactive by handling my order verbally, ensured me he'd email me my receipt and send one by mail. We received our mattresses quickly and had the time this weekend to inflated them. They (we ordered a King & Full size medium (firmness) mattresses) are beautiful, very impressed with the quality and oh that cooling to the touch on the Aurora to die for. For the first time in a longtime I had the best night's sleep. My husband said it's like sleeping on a cloud.
