It was a new dress from Barcelona, Spain so I was disappointed. Amazingly the manager contacted the manufacturer and obtained both a picture of how it should look and additional sequins for repair....definitely an extraordinary effort, and really appreciated!!!”

“Rick and his wife Pam are very accommodating very professional, have reasonable prices, fast, efficient, and just good honest people who did an amazing job on my carpet.. the first time Rick came out the carpet looks amazing but a couple of stains came back up, and Rick came out again the second time without charging me! and did all my carpet again and even clean two of my huge space rugs..at no charge.. I even tried to give Rick a tip and he refused to take it. They are good people and I will be using their services again. The carpet in my house is over 20 years old and Rick did an amazing job. “Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The rooms were fresh and modern. My only issue for not giving it 5 stars deals with the lighting in the room. In the area you set up your suitcase, you cannot see. I couldn’t see my jewelry bag or my mask, as it was too dark. I went without jewelry and had to choose another mask for the wedding. Also, there is no full-length mirror, only a split mirror between the beds with a light running across it approx 2’ above night stand, completely blocking my ability to see my self. Other than that, it was a nice stay.”
