“Have always loved visiting here but were stunned at how the new management has bamboozled the residents. Using their park as a guinea pig since they have never managed RV parks before...not asking their opinions before tearing down features that are in good shape and leaving them without for months when they said "only 3 weeks" for replacements or reconstruction. We really hate the new "cracker box" homes that have been brought in. I could go on but will finish on this note....how dare you structure their rent so they can no longer pay annually....of course it allows you to raise the rent throughout the year.....already twice!!! And it was 6 percent instead of the 3 percent you stated publicly. We are no longer considering moving there.”

“Came here from over 20 hours away and tried multiple campgrounds most didn’t answer or were 55+ resorts. Desert Oasis was recommended by a coworker so I drove out there. The parks staff did very prompt work of moving a few rigs around to make mine fit….the staff here is too notch and instantly made me feel at home. Dave and Brandy are model examples of what campgrounds need…many thanks you two we are very grateful”

“Room was clean, no shampoo/conditioner samples, plenty of towels. A bit of foot traffic outside the room going back and forth, up and down stairs, on the second floor between 12 am - 5 am. Front office staff was the nicest lady w/great customer service last night and at check out. Overall, it was a great overnight stay and I would stay again.”

“My mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place. The lot rent is $500 per month. Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time. Overall a nice little place for 55+”

The back drop can not be better. You truly are minute's from hiking, biking,,horse back riding, tubing, camping. Right on the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains you can not beat the views and the opportunity for endless out door exploring when starts to cool for the winter in Phoenix metro area. Copa mobile park is right on the Apache Junction and Mesa boarder. Which I absolutely adore. You have gas stations, all fast food, Walmart etc right here jn minutes with out the nightmare of traffic in the valley. So whether you need a place to park a trailer or a mobile home or to visit a loved one. I would give Copa mobile park a A. Truly a blessing for my family and our journey. Room was spacious and easy for us to manage with our extra dog beds etc. Loved having the kitchen area and full fridge. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
