“We inquired twice about renting a unit to store furniture. Both of the people we spoke with at the 49th and Thomas location were very helpful and very friendly. We ended up renting a unit. We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented. This place is nice and clean and it eliminated my worries about storing my furniture in a dirty storage unit. I would highly recommend.”

“Ronnie & Tyler are lifesavers. Friday before Memorial Day my electrician cancelled on me. I was in the process of completing my outdoor kitchen and needed the wiring done before the granite was placed on Friday afternoon. They were booked up but Ronnie agreed to swing by and see if anything could be done. In 3 hours, they had run all the wires and set the key outlets so that the work could continue. Because of their work, my kitchen was completed enough that we could enjoy the new grill for Memorial Day weekend. They will be back this week to finish trimming out the remaining outlets and installing the lights that i purchased over the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about them. Heck, they even called me on Saturday night to make sure that everything was good!!”

“Tony and Chris are MIRACLE WORKERS! We had 3 oversized heavy items that wouldn't fit in the stairwell to our apartment so we had to rent a duct lift and move the items over a second story balcony into the apartment. I didn't know if this was going to work but Tony and Chris were unfazed and super confident and handled the whole crazy experience with care and professionalism. I can't recommend them any higher. “This is the far best west valley storage that is amazing…. First off I love that you can check in yourself if you didn’t want to go into the office and the process was very easy and smooth… after I signed up online they told me to head to my space and I got a access code and it worked… they have elevator as well so that you won’t have to keep walking up and down the stairs… and I have air conditioning in my unit which keeps my things fresh and smelling nice… the space was bigger than I thought and it was clean and it provided the keys and lock once you break the seal… the hours are cool as well… I love this location and storage place”

“Nicholas, was great. I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that uhaul installed a plug and play adapter kit on for me. They had originally overcharged me on accident for a hardwire and even after I paid and was ready to leave, they were completely honest and refunded me my additional $40. Next day hooked up my trailer and it didn’t work exactly as it should have so I called up to uhaul. They fit me in next day and spent 2+ hours in making it right. Great experience and integrity and trust is key. Highly recommend. Now we can tow our boat with our suv.”
