“Only writing a review of a tour I took yesterday afternoon. The complex was very clean and in a great location. The apartment I looked at was nice. Wasn't too big, but I don't need a lot of space since it's just me at the moment. The employee who gave me the tour was friendly and knowledgeable. My current lease is up in December, but I've been looking at a few places and San Marcos is easily at the top of my list. Nice spot!”

“I LOVE living at The Cays which is like living at a very nice resort!! The amenities (pool, club house, gym) are first class and kept "showroom" ready at all times! The staff is Amazing and the sense of community from the residents is wonderful and the surrounding restaurants are a bonus. I highly recommend the "resort" style living at The Cays and my wife and I are extremely happy!!!”

“Wow! It’s been 3.6 years calling Almeria home and as we clean up on our final night here it is a little bitter sweet. While we have purchased a home, which is super exciting, there are many things we will miss about living at Almeria! For sure the maintenance crew who has always been there at the drop of a hat to help us out will be missed, they were always the most friendly personable guys. We will also miss the helpful, kind office staff. We went through a management change while living here and at first it was a little rocky as to be expected with change but over time the new management has made great strides and efforts to improve the community. They showed us grace and patience in times of frustration and truly have been awesome. We will surely miss the people and amenities that we enjoyed while at Almeria. Thank you all for a wonderful three and a half years. If anyone is looking for a place to call home we would absolutely encourage you to consider this complex. ♥️”
