We first met at the open house and he was extremely kind, not pushy at all and was helpful in answering any questions I had. He’s gone above and beyond for us. Meeting us at the home to get measurements done for carpet/kitchen/windows before we moved in. We found out after we moved in that the water softener in our home was in fact not ours to keep and it was a rental. Dylan was not aware of this either (we both understood it was ours once we bought the home). To make it right, he got us a gift card in the amount of a new water softener! We appreciate the fact that he wanted to make this right for us and did so immediately! I would highly recommend Dylan! We don’t plan on moving any time soon but would use him in the future!”

“What an amazing place to live! So far I am six months in, wanted to post a review. This place has great amenities for the size of the complex, same as most places however upgraded in many ways, for instance each pool cabana has its own TV. I have never never seen any of these places fill up or be crowded. Megan, Alysa, and McChrista in the leasing office are amazing, they assisted me in coordinating my move in as well as the multitude of online orders that don't fit in the package concierge. Lakeside drive is located about a block from the Tempe Town Lake and a few blocks from Mill Avenue. I would highly recommend this place”
