“The management are very nice and helpful. The place is really clean. There is air conditioning in the units that's one reason I picked this place. They give you until the 10 th of the month before they give a late fee. When you move in They will let you use a truck to move for 4-6 hours. I just called when I was going to be a little late, it was no problem. They do close early 7:00pm. They do have great security. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“We loved this place to stay for a month while we transitioned from WA. It was quiet, close to everything we needed, clean, and affordable. We had 2 German Shepherds with us that most places would not accept. The dog run was perfect for them to run around as well as a good lap to walk around the entire park. We highly recommend this place for a night to a long stay. The staff was great when we needed any assistance. Noise from the freeway didn’t bother us at all, even on the drag race days. Sounded like rain to us inside the RV. They also have contacts should you need anything for your RV. We had our tanks cleaned and will definitely be using that company again as well. No complaints here!”

“We've living here for about 5yrs. The place is clean, quiet and secured at nights, which, gives us peace of mind. The staff is great. Really love it here. Only thing is, there is not enough parking spaces, that we rarely need anyway but, would be great to have. All in all very nice place to live at.”

Homes are owner occupied NOT rentals & units often remain in the family. Riviera boasts well maintained, meticulously clean grounds thanks to Harold & Bob. These guys detail the park daily treating the property with genuine pride. They keep an eye on the safety & well being of the residents. Think, "I've fallen & cant get up" but someone is there to pick you up instead. The office is managed like a well oiled machine by Judy & Shandra who also call the park their home. Riviera runs smoothly thanks to these ladies who while being supportive to the residents, do not tolerate outsider violations. Think of people trying to solicit being escorted off the property immediately or someone trying to park in front of your home being warned off. Park rules are enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents while not being militant. The community is kind and caring offering a welcome committee, social club, weekly card games, billiards, bingo, bunko, monthly pot lucks, social hours and much more. Whether you are a little social or a lot, residents are encouraged to join in whenever they can. While being modestly furnished the clubhouse and community kitchen are again, kept meticulously clean. In my opinion, this park is without exception, the very best value for your dollar in Scottsdale. The park is unique in that it has been family owned for several decades. Because of that the focus is truly on meeting the needs of the residents while keeping unnecessary expenses down; hence keeping your lot rent reasonable. You wont find meaningless superficial frills here that cause your lot rent to hike up. Instead you will find kind, caring neighbors that look after each other, focus on creating a happy community and people that take pride in where they live. This is truly a gem, kept hidden in plain sight.”

“If you're looking for a quiet place to live, in a pretty good neighborhood, with decent mobile homes. Then this is the place for you. The prices are amazing!! I can't really vouch for the other homes, but the mobile home we rent is in very good condition. I've never had a disturbance here, rarely here sirens. It's pretty close to pretty much anything you need, but far enough out of the way to really minimize the traffic.”

“I have lived here 3 different times and all 3 times there have been different management. My experience with the current manager Sylvia has been great. She treats me with respect and anytime that I have needed anything she has gotten back to me in a timely manner. The park looks wonderful since Sylvia became manager compared to the other times I have lived here and the park looked like a junk yard . Sylvia takes great pride in her work and it shows all around Shadow Ridge estates.”

“My daughter lives at this trailer park. The management is very cooperative and listens to any issues you may be having however if you need any maintenance done on your trailer it might be awhile before they get around to it. Other than that the trailer park is kept very clean and orderly and is very appealing to the eye. Rent is a little high however, since Arizona has become very popular state to live in it makes sense for the rent to be a little high considering the economy as well. I would recommend this trailer park to anyone. It's very safe friendly and family oriented trailer park and it has a low crime rate because it is Under New Management. No felons are allowed to reside there which is a plus.”
