That being said I had to do it cause I was so impressed by the young man who runs this facility. His name is Kevin and he's excellent. I'm not from Arizona and I had been storing my coach at a lady friends. Well needless to say an old guy like myself can't seem to change his ways, well anyways I had to get it moved in a hurry cause my lady friend said "I better move it or loose it, along with anything else of yours". I called a couple places and kept hearing "No" "Sorry" "Oh yeah we can do it but it will be ALOT OF MONEY!". Finally as luck would have it Kevin answered, by this time I was a little flustered. He said " Sir, I've got you covered. Drive your coach over here and I'll get you taken care off". Went to my lady friend's, got yelled at, then drove my RV over to Happy Valley Secure Storage. Needless to say but Kevin treated me like gold even though I'm storing just one RV. Oh and BTW HIS PRICES WERE BETTER THEN EVERYONE ELSE ALSO!!!!! A MILLION TIMES THANKS KEVIN!!!”

“Farmer's Fitness Repair and Services deserves 5 stars for their professionalism and honesty. They were well worth the wait. The scheduler Chelsea was extremely pleasant despite my initial impatience with her when she reported an over 4 week wait time as well as partial prepayment. I baulked at those conditions and tried a couple of other repair shops who had little wait time and no prepayment deposit. I based my initial called to Farmer's Fitness Repair on Google reviews. I made an appointment with another repair business but when I read their Google reviews , I cancelled my appointment and sheepishly called back Chelsea to see if I could still get the appointment slot that I had angrily declined. She was still pleasant despite my initial anger-disappointment. The day of my service, the service technician Preston arrived on time. He could easily have replaced an expensive part that he discovered did not need replacing. The details would be boring, but Farmer's Fitness Repair and Services could have made a lot more money from me that day and I would never have known the difference. I received a partial refund in less than 1 week since they did not need to order any parts. Honesty and quality mean a lot these days!”

The staff at Woodworker Express was very friendly when I called and helped resolve the issue immediately and got another part in the mail for me asap. I would recommend putting the office phone on Google maps for this location so that people don't have to deal with the aggravating machine every time they call. That being said the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and attentive. The storage facilities are clean and spacious. They even offer climate controlled units for people like myself that baby their electronics and don't want them sitting out in the heat. I absolutely love the courtesy calls, especially when the machine refuses to accept my card information for payment over the phone.”

The team confirmed their arrival a couple days before as well as moving day.. They worked their tails off moving my stuff. I have a two hundred year old family heirloom dresser that was handled with kid gloves as was all my stuff. So far there has been no breakage noted. I did my own packing. I appreciate working with such a fantastic company and have recommended them to my daughter for her upcoming moveAn addendum, I moved two years ago. The day before my move, the company cancelled.
