“So I have to give a big shout out to the Manager Derek. I came in for an oil change appointment at 7a, I waited in the lobby. Shortly after my truck was on the lift, Derek comes in after 15 minutes or so and calls me out to the bay. He shows me some fluid that’s seeping from above, then explains that the fluid is the lubricant for the A/C condenser. He must’ve seen my body posture hang a little lower and quickly informed me that I was a lucky guy. I still had 500 or so miles left on my warranty, and not to worry that the part and labor was covered. Phew, right! Better yet, he was confident they could complete the job within the day. I get a ride home and get a call around 2:15p that they were wrapping up and would send for a pickup around 3p. Derek also explains some other findings that were addressed and also covered by the warranty. When I get there I receive my keys, go over the summary, and even got information on an extended warranty. I gotta say, I was lucky that day and fortunate. Thank you Derek and team for addressing the issues early, doing a great job, and saving me serious money.”

This really nice employee (I think his name was Doug) was outside and asked if I needed help. I told him what was wrong and he said it didn’t have to do with the oil and that is was most likely my cabin air filter. I had no clue what that was so he told me how to access it and went inside and got me a new one. He changed it out for me and my AC started working perfectly. He was super kind and I’m really grateful for his help.”
