“This is the luxury hotel of self-storage, but reasonably priced. It’s also one of the only storage places in Tucson where a full-sized 72-foot moving van/tractor trailer can pull in and offload, which is why I chose it to store my household items from CT while house-hunting and remodeling here in Tucson. The managers Joel and Pete are very helpful and nice. The place is well lighted and spotless, and carts are plentiful enough that I haven’t had to wait for one. They carry most basic moving supplies in the store and also offer water to clients. The bathrooms are spotless, and all pandemic protocols are observed. It’s great choice for storage.”

“I was having some significant problems with my older machine. I knew it was time to either upgrade it or buy a new one. I was served by Mr. Steve Kaznak in your Arrowhead Location. I explained my problem to him in detail, and he responded to all of my e-mails, even before I actually brought my machine in for service. With Steve's excellent guidance and help, I now have a completely re-built machine, and its performance is dazzling, truly awesome, just perfect for my processor-and-memory-intensive applications. Steve knew exactly what processor, RAM, solid state drive, and high-end graphics card to order for me. These components arrived quickly, and my new machine was serviced and complete in most expeditious manner. I was truly surprised when he called me yesterday to say my machine was ready for pickup. I think I may have blurted out, "Already!??" I just couldn't believe it was all done so quickly. Best of all, all of my data was left intact, and I had to re-load few, if any, programs. It is amazing that Steve was able to do this, given the fact that I had almost a TB of programs and data on my original C: drive. Steve is a true asset to the Data Doctors organization, and you should reward him handsomely! Great job, Steve! Bravo! Five Stars all the way!”

“Last night my battery went dead about a block away from this location. Instead of calling my insurance company and waiting for a repairman, I decided to walk over to this NAPA location. As I was about halfway through the parking lot where this NAPA is located, I saw an employee walk over to turn the OPEN sign over and lock the door. I immediately started to sprint over as I just missed them. I knocked on the window and yelled in that "my car had died". The two gentlemen looked at each other and one walked over to slightly open the door. As I began to tell them my issue, they started to ask the make and model and even asked where I was pulled over (more on this later). The guys here got me all set with a new battery, and made sure that I had the correct size wrench as I did not have any tools on me. As I was paying for the battery, one of the employees mentioned that he was getting off in about 5-minutes and would swing by to make sure that I had the correct wrench and also see if I needed help. Not only did the employee, Brent, do this but he also helped me with my car reset. This is the type of service we all hope for as customers and more. These guys went above and beyond when they were closed, and this positive review is just a small token of my appreciation.”

“I've always wanted to eat at a great Ethiopian place around AZ and I finally found it here at Tina's! Tina, as I can tell, is warm, inviting, and compassionate about her customers. I had no idea what to order since it was my first time ever being there and she hooked me up with an amazing combination platter and a few more goodies! The entire meal was both flavorful and filling. The food was amazing but the customer service was really the best part of my experience here. Will be back again and hopefully with more people to share the experience with!”
